Welcome to Dr. Kurt Wagner’s practice. We greatly appreciate you choosing us to provide care for your family. Dr. Wagner is a board-certified family physician, trained at the University of Miami School of Medicine and Tallahassee Memorial Family Practice Residency Program. He has been practicing in Eustis since 1982.

     We are part of Lake Primary Care Associates, which consists of seven family physicians, one internist, four pediatricians, two nurse practitioners, and several surgical specialists. Dr. Wagner is a senior member in the group. He is a straightforward physician who tries to treat his patients, as he would want to be treated. Outside the office, you’ll likely find him happily fly-fishing in a nearby lake or a mountain stream.
